I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. They have always treated me with the utmost kindness and professionalism which is the reason I have remained with them for so long. Dr Powers and Jen use humor to ease my anxiety and I never leave the office without a smile. (Even if lopsided because I had Novocaine!). As always, yesterday they took great care of me and ensured that my needs were met in a timely manner. I often have challenging dental issues but they have never disappointed me. Thanks, Terry

Used to love going there. Have been a customer for years, probably six to be exact. It is true when they say one bad experience can ruin everything. The dental hygienist was so rude and that is why I will not return. Was seen 20 minutes later than my appointment time then had attitude the entire cleaning. Was then rushed to leave, which I then asked if Dr. Powers needed to check me out. She replied no he is too busy. I spoke to the manager and she said I would not be charged for the cleaning because it was rushed and I didn't feel as if my teeth were totally clean like previous times. Oh but of course I was charged. I will gladly go to another dentist office. Sorry Dr. Powers, I really liked you but your crew left a bad taste in my mouth.
