If you are looking for some where to get fit, tone up, or just be a healthier you. I recommend Cross fit Fox Den. They are amazing here! The coaches are all super friendly and very willing to help you met your goals. They actually listen to you and treat you like a human. Which I know from experience not every gym does. I love this place. They have multiple classes through out the day to better serve their members. Even if you are like me and can not begin with cross fit right away they work with you to get you ready to do the routines. They are very active in social media and they are very proud of the progress their members make on a day to day basis. They are just an amazing group of people, the members included. Every one has been so friendly and encouraging. It is nice to go to a gym where people are excited you are there. It is refreshing change from the chain gyms that are out there.
